In addition to the power plants, The Jerusalem Daily reported on a new water plant in the Neftali, in which a water treatment plant is being built in the vicinity of the site.
The water treatment facility, which is being constructed on land belonging to the Israeli company Bikush Shvut, will provide water for the plant.
According to a report in the Jerusalem Post, Bikus Shvuta, the company that will build the water treatment facilities at the Neftsalim site, has a contract with the Israel Water Authority (ISA), which is in charge of water treatment and desalination.
The Neftalis is located in northern Israel near the Jordan River.
It was established in 1948 and is one of the largest water bodies in the country.
The site was established by Israel in response to a Palestinian request for the West Bank to be annexed to Israel.
