POLITICO’s Scott Wong: If we were Republicans, we’d have done everything we could to make sure President Donald Trump doesn’t become the next president of the United States.
If we’re the Democrats, we would have gone even further.
And the point is that we can’t have it both ways, and if we are the Democrats and we’re going to have Trump as president, we have to do everything in our power to make it absolutely clear to people who are supporting him that we want him gone.
We’re going do everything we can to make that absolutely clear.
The last time he was in office, we actually had a Democratic president in the White House.
The next time he’s in office he’s going to be the Republican president.
The question is: Will he be?
And the answer is: Yes, he is.
It’s going be the most consequential moment in our nation’s history.
And you won’t hear that in the next 30 days, but it will be the biggest political moment of our lifetime.
That’s what happens when you have a president who has never been elected to the presidency, has never held elected office, and who is the most unpopular president in history.
So, to the extent we’re on the same side, there’s no way you’re going not to be very, very angry.
We all have to be on the exact same page.
And what we’re saying to the Republican base is: You can’t allow yourself to be duped by the left.
You can trust Trump.
You have to go there.
You’ve got to go to the polls on November 8th.
If you don’t vote, you are going to lose.
If he loses, he’ll go back to the White Houses old ways.
That is the only way we can win.
We need to make this absolutely clear, because it is the way the world works.
It will be a huge disappointment to some people, but they’ll go and they’ll vote.
And they will elect Democrats, and they will not vote for Trump.
And it will give the Republicans the opportunity to take back the House and the Senate, which is where they have been for most of the last four years, and to pick up a majority in the Senate.
We are not going to allow that.
But we have been in this position before, and we will be in this situation again, and that’s the way it is going to happen.
We will be able to pick a Democrat up in the state of Illinois, and there’s a chance he could become the first Republican president of this country.
I’m not saying that’s an impossible scenario, but I do think we are headed in the right direction.
But that’s what you have to look at.
If Trump is elected, and he becomes president, he will have to follow the laws of this nation, which means he’ll have to abide by the law, which also means he will be subject to the rules of the Senate and the rules and procedures of the House, which will be very important for the next two years, if not more.
And if the Senate were to change, which I’m sure they will, and Trump were to get rid of the filibuster in the Supreme Court, which he will not, he’d have to become a Republican president as well, which, in turn, would make it much harder for him to get to the border, which has been a problem.
And we will have a Democrat in the House.
That means we will still have a Republican majority in both chambers of Congress.
So we can be the president that people expect to be a good, stable, responsible, moderate president.
That will be good for America.
But you can’t be a part of the status quo, because that’s going too far.
And that’s why we need to be able, once again, to go out and elect Democrats and Republicans.
It’ll be very interesting to see what happens on November 6th.
And I will tell you, when you do see a Republican win the White Senate and House, you’re looking at a lot of momentum going into 2020.
So I really do believe that if you dont go to all the polls and vote, it will cost you a lot.
And then we’ll be in the position of having to find some way to get a Democratic majority in Congress.
But at the end of the day, we’re here to win, and it will take some time.
We can do it.
We have the best team in the world, and I believe we can do that.
I think its just going to take a little bit of time.
I really believe we are going in the direction of a progressive and compassionate country, where we are making the country safer and we are moving forward.
But I also believe we will eventually, if we can keep on moving forward, get to a point where we have a President who will be one of the greatest presidents of our generation
