The Clinton Foundation is in hot water after a new report claims the Clinton Foundation had to pay the FBI $200,000 for access to their server.
The FBI found emails that show Clinton was exchanging private information with top aides while she was secretary of state.
The report also alleges the Clinton campaign received a “robust and consistent” flow of cash from the State Department for “advocacy and media assistance.”
It’s unclear if Clinton will be charged with a crime.
The Associated Press reported Clinton used her private email account for official business while secretary of State, but she has said she never sent classified material to her emails.
Clinton was not charged for her emails because they were deemed classified at the time she sent them.
But the new report says the FBI found information that she may have mishandled classified information, including information that could have caused death.
